• Third-party data: If you submit our embedded consultation form, BuilderTrend (our client-portal and CRM platform) receives and stores that submission directly. If you click an outbound link to a third-party site (Google, BuilderTrend, social media), that site’s own privacy practices apply.

How We Use Information

• To respond to consultation requests, warranty service requests, and feedback you send us.
• To schedule on-site visits, build project files, and coordinate with our trade partners during pool design, construction, or remodeling.
• To send you project updates, scheduling confirmations, and warranty correspondence.

• Trade partners — when a project moves into design or construction, we share relevant project details (address, scope, schedule) with the licensed sub-contractors, engineers, and inspectors who work on your build.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lifestyle Pool and Spa, our clients, or others.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to remember your preferences, measure how visitors use the Site, and improve performance.
