Built for the way you actually live
You didn’t move to Florida to visit the pool.
You moved here for morning laps in your own yard, pickleball at 4, grandkids on Saturday and a spa on the cold nights. Lifestyle Pool and Spa builds the backyard that lets you do all of that without a single golf-cart drive — and without the maintenance headache the sales bros never warn you about.
The lifestyle
Four things your neighbors will visit for.

Water Aerobics & Low-Impact Swim
Sun-shelves for laps and lounging, walk-in beach entries, and jetted current channels so morning exercise happens right here — not at the community rec center.

Pickleball Nights & Golf Cart Guests
Wide travertine decks with room for a bar cart, a chilled cooler and half your golf-cart club after the courts close. Zero mud, no re-sealing every year.

Grill Nights, No More Kitchen Mess
Full outdoor kitchens with sink, fridge, cast-iron burner, prep counter and a covered bar so the good stuff stays outside the house.

Grandkids Ask Before They Ask About You
Beach-entry shallows, a bubbler on a raised deck, and stainless safety fencing that hides when guests aren’t little. The pool everyone wants to visit.

Built for wellness
The details that matter after 60.
Hydrotherapy Spa Seating
Deep therapy jets on the back, hips and calves — the way a real spa does it, not a molded plastic bench.
Salt System, Not Chlorine
Gentler on skin, hair and swimsuits. No chemical smell, no chlorine bump the day after.
Sun Shelf for Reading
6-9 inches of water and a partly-shaded umbrella sleeve. Half sunbathing, half wading pool.
No-Slip Textured Decking
Travertine and shell-stone stay cool, drain fast and give real grip when wet — designed for bare feet, not high heels.
One-Touch Automation
Pool heater, spa, lights, water features — all from your phone or a wall pad. No more shed trips at 8pm to check settings.
Screened Bird-Cage Lanai
Full Florida-code screen enclosure keeps the mosquitoes out and the palm-frond debris off the pool.

What retirees ask us
The questions we hear over coffee.
Do you build in The Villages?
Yes. We build custom pools, spas and outdoor living in The Villages, Ocala, Belleview, Summerfield and Wildwood — all of Sumter, Marion and northern Lake County. All permits, HOA design reviews and drainage engineering are handled in-house.
How does an HOA-friendly design review actually work?
Before a shovel touches your lot, we produce a full 3D design set, exact color and material samples, and an HOA-format submittal package. We’ve done enough Villages ARC (Architectural Review Committee) submissions to know what they approve on the first pass.
How long does construction take?
A typical retiree build — pool, spa, sun-shelf, screen enclosure and outdoor kitchen — takes 75 to 100 days from dig to first splash. Renovations of an existing pool run 3 to 6 weeks.
Do you finance the build?
Yes. We work with three pool-specialist lenders (including Lyon Financial and HFS) who fund the full outdoor project as a single loan, at rates comparable to a home-equity line. See our financing page for a quick monthly-payment estimator.
How much maintenance does it really take?
With salt, automation and a robotic cleaner, most of our Villages homeowners spend under 20 minutes a week actively touching the pool. We also offer a full-service maintenance plan through our warranty team if you’d rather skip that too.

The best day at home starts here.
No pressure. No high-pressure sales close. Just an experienced Florida pool designer walking you through what your backyard could be, on your timeline, with numbers you can trust.
