Brett Foster - Co-Owner, General Manager
As the owner of Lifestyle Pool and Spa, I bring over three decades of experience in the pool and spa industry, dedicating myself to transforming outdoor spaces into luxurious retreats. My passion for creating exceptional pool designs and providing top-notch customer service has allowed me to build a reputable business that prioritizes quality and innovation.
My journey began as a child, working alongside my stepfather on weekends, where I learned the art of building and repairing custom pools here in Florida. In my early twenties, I stepped away from the family business to work for a large corporate-owned pool company, but I soon realized I missed the level of customer satisfaction that an owner-operated business offers.
Under my leadership, Lifestyle Pool and Spa is driven by my commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. I specialize in custom concrete pools and always strive to exceed client expectations.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, which inspires my creativity and helps me stay connected to the community.
John Lalley – Co-Owner, Director of Sales & Marketing
John Lalley is a Florida native with over 30 years of experience designing and building pools. Over the course of his career, he has successfully completed well over 3,000 pools, helping families transform their backyards into beautiful, functional outdoor living spaces.
A graduate of Stetson University with a degree in Business and Marketing, John brings both technical expertise and a strong customer-focused approach to his work.
In the last decade, he has dedicated himself to serving homeowners across Tampa Bay and North Central Florida, becoming a trusted name in the pool industry.
Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense design style, John has built his reputation on honesty, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Whether creating a modern family pool or a luxury spa retreat, he works closely with clients every step of the way to ensure their vision comes to life with the highest level of quality.
